Oh, wow, Vincent hadn't actually heard (or at least remembered) the brand mostly because he was from the US and not Japan, but from the sound of it that was still impressive none-the-less, as was the way that Suzune was clearly incredibly fond of her husband in general. There's a lot being said all at once, but Vincent follows along enough to catch that there were some questions to him in there--Multiple, in fact.
"It's… fine enough being taller, I suppose, though I had to learn to ignore the stares when I was still younger. My wife, Gracie, she always joked that it was something like fate that we were exactly a foot apart in height. …Which is about 30 centimeters," he thinks to add after the whole, different countries thing had been pointed out. As for the 'best part' of being tall, Vincent simply reaches (hah) for the simplest answer he can think of. "…Reaching high shelves would be one benefit I can think of, since I never had the interest to do anything like sports, not for lack of being asked to."
As for being asked what his wife is like… Vincent pauses for a longer moment, thinking about how to work things as his attention noticeably drifts away from the cooking that the two of them were meant to be doing. It was kind of a hard act to follow after all the gushing that Suzune had done when Vincent was typically more a man of few words, but he doesn't want to do his wife a disservice, either.

"She's… beautiful, social, incredibly sweet and affectionate, though also driven, always the better planner out of the two of us, and with a great eye for details and design, fashion too," he settles on, though he's kind of zoning out a bit thinking about that, perhaps reminiscing or perhaps just distracted. "…We first met when we were both just children, and even though we've both changed over the years in some ways, some things haven't, too."
Then, perhaps because of that distract, while moving to grab the other ingredients needed for the rest of this, Vincent accidentally knocks over a thankfully empty metal pan onto the ground with a loud clatter, to which he… kind of anti-flinches, instead going incredibly still for a moment as he stares at it. And then-

"I'm sorry, let me get that," Vincent says quickly afterwards, already moving to correct his error and move the conversation along before Suzune can even comment on his mistake. He quickly does a quick rinse of the pan and finishes finding what had been being checked for, returning his attention squarely back onto cooking talk, though he's avoiding looking Suzune in the eyes for a bit as he stays focused on the steps involved here, though he is definitely still listening to her. (Yippee!!) "Thankfully it seems like we have pre-minced garlic available, as well as bacon bits, bread, and mayo. Thank you for your help, there. …Ah, and yes, the eggs will be safe to eat as long as they reach the right temperature."
From there, he can handle putting in the right amount of mayo into the egg mixture to get the right consistency, and leaves the other ingredient options mostly up to Suzune to be to her tastes. He also goes ahead and prepares the pan on the stove and starts heating it up with a small bit of oil to prevent sticking.
The rest of what Suzune says… Vincent had half expected her to answer that with the classic 'spreading the good word of God' kind of deal, though honestly this message is still a little similar in some regards.
"That's… a noble mission, and a kind thing to do in general. I suppose even many prisoners, or perhaps especially many prisoners could use companionship or other help." Of course, Suzune is also a prisoner here, but Vincent politely doesn't point that out right now. …Man, it'd be nice to be wealthy enough to be able to even just donate to things without worry, huh? Even just a couple bucks weekly to the church was hard sometimes- But that was an inside thought, not something to say to someone he'd just met. Or anyone, honestly. "It's… amazing to think how much difference even a small gesture can make for someone, sometimes."
(From there, things can go smoothly with the food making, with Vincent explaining steps as they come as needed for ease as they talk otherwise!!)
