"Some things he said to me left the impression he did not have such a…personal connection with who he killed, like you and I did. I am not certain it's quite so cut and dry. The minister of justice had made some unpopular policy decisions of late, particularly with accusations of being inconsistent in his response to crimes, but I had not seen any news of him dying, and I am doubtful that his policies alone would be a reason for some supposed 'nobody' like Hikaru Suzuki to kill him. Either it happened just before we arrived, to the point where it did not make it onto the news, or this man was more of a benefactor than a victim."
She sees Bow-wow's unusual behavior and instinctively takes a step closer in an attempt to prevent him from falling this time.
