The second that Kaoru goes airborne, it feels quite obvious: Andrew’s “weakness” was never anywhere on himself at all. When Kaoru’s fist connects with the TV, it doesn’t even hurt.
Which isn’t to say it’s not satisfying - Simon’s expression swiftly changes to fear before the screen gets massive diagonal hairline fractures, the display stuttering in angry colorbars and noise. Instantly, “Andrew” himself collapses motionless to the floor with no one ordering him around. It’s a rather eerie sight, how dead he looks. Both him and the TV get a weird fuzziness to them, like they’re about to be swallowed in static.

As soon as you think that the projection is over, the TV screen springs back to life…sort of. Instead of Simon’s face, it displays a CCTV feed of the living room set-up from the start.
Looks like the projection has one last thing to say.
Contrary to the chaotic and unruly previous sections of the projection, the feed just shows the twins having a low-key conversation. Simon himself is carrying himself very differently from the way he had been up until now. Andrew hands his brother a hot drink in a mug, the latter of which has wrapped himself in a quilt and clearly down with some kind of illness.
“…telling them you can’t make it to one conference isn’t the end of the world.”
“Easy for you to say, staying out of the limelight…they’re vultures, Andrew; give them an inch of room to gossip and they’ll run laps around the tabloids about whatever comes to mind.”
“So they’ll make things up regardless of whether you go or not.”
That immediately makes Simon pout and look away, defeated, and earns him a light shoulder tap from Andrew.
“Come on, just take the day off.”
“Fiiiine, fine, I get it…”
The damage to the TV proves too much to get further in the conversation, and the projection suddenly shorts out. Now you’re back in the actual projection room, with the real Andrew very much still secured and unconscious in the real chair.
