To be fair, Tatsuko also wasn't looking where she was going, but it's surprising that she somehow managed to miss the 6'4" goth man. Maybe he blended in too much with the brutalist prison interior, or maybe Tatsuko's eyes automatically glaze over anything too black, white, or gray.

"Yeah, you should be," Tatsuko says, even though she should definitely have noticed someone so tall and could have moved out of the way herself. There's no real bite behind her words, though, more like Vincent's given her an out of apologizing and she's taking it.
She stares back up at Vincent, completely unaffected by being stared down at.

"Yeah, no duh. That's why I wear 'em! Gotta stay on brand. You look very…" Tatsuko scans Vincent up and down, searching for an appropriate word. She thinks the piercings are cool, but he looks a bit too… professional for her. What's a word between cool and boring? "…Ambivalent." Which doesn't quite fit, but it might be one of the biggest words Tatsuko knows, so she's expecting lots of clapping and cheering.

"…So. You come here often?" Well, it's not like he can go anywhere else.
