The trash bags are, well, actual black plastic trash bags, lined up against the walls. They're full of scrap cardboard and posterboard in neon colors. Is that something at the bottom…?

This mannequin stands on the corner of the sidewalk, underneath a gloomy lamppost. There's a phone in its hand, though it seems to be made of cardboard and doesn't have any information on the screen. The mannequin's head tilts, as if it had been looking around to assess its surroundings... It's got bigger things to worry about now, though– like the bullet passing through one side of its head and erupting in a frozen spray of paint and plastic.
Pressing the red "play" button on this mannequin's chest starts a crackling tape recording, just a few seconds long:
An inquisitive voice, soft and shaky. "Hello? Is somebody there–"
In the middle of its last sentence, the recording stops short.
