Oh god, Bow-wow was here seeing this now, and the Sheriff is yelling, Kaoru is getting shin kicked, and then-
"FUCK."
Vincent also curses audibly as he realizes that Sei has successfully slipped behind him despite his best efforts, but at the very least, instead of the attack he was expecting to come from it, the Sheriff is just…. straight-jacketed??? Like actually now, instead of the fashion statement that most of these had seemed like before. Huh. That… probably meant all of theirs could do that, couldn't it.
…Well. That didn't mean this was all OVER yet, and Vincent's shoulders certainly remain tense, but at least any actual fighting seems to have come to a standstill finally. Tatsuko's entrance as well makes this a whole hell of a lot of people in one room to keep track of now, but he pushes down his impending feelings of social claustrophobia and Not Wanting To Be Here to at least try to stay involved. Vincent gives a heavy sigh, though his eyes stay narrowed and watching in case anything starts back up now (with the occasional worried glance to Kaoru yet again, lmao).

"…Alright, you've gotten what you wanted, that's enough now from you three. What more do you really need to know here, exactly? Most prison's don't have any sort of mental effect to stop prisoners from attacking their guards, after all. And I said it before, but I and the others of us here now can more than handle catching the Sheriff up on everything we all know but he doesn't. There's beginning to be far too many people in here, and I imagine you'll want to go get some ice regardless." For Ei, he assumes, though Vincent himself will be certainly grabbing some for Kaoru later too if he can.
And then, belatedly, he'll actually give an answer to the Sheriff about Bow-Wow and this prison, turning to face him finally again just Enough to be able to make eye contact while still keeping the corner of his eye out for the Wardens.

"…He's barely 18, so as far as I'm aware, that much is unfortunately in line with how a lot of prisons work. But this prison is still strange, regardless. We were… at least told that all of us here are murderers, but that definition of that is likely loose in some cases." At least, that seemed to be what others here had claimed to be the case. And as for the later questions… "And the year… it's 20XX. We've all been here for… around two weeks now or so I believe, so yes, we've known Robert for that amount of time. My first time talking to him was… in this very room the first day here, before we knew what it was for."
Vincent can't claim that he's close with Robert, not with that limited scope of time even two-ish weeks was, but he does clearly have some interest in making sure the guy wasn't further tormented by the way he says that, clearly.
