…Taller. It had been that long since the Sheriff had surfaced? What a long time to be out of the loop, assuming his own assumption of Robert's age was correct anyways. But there's not much time to ponder that further as the Sheriff also says he'd bunch the other two wardens if given the chance, which makes Vincent give a slight wince. Equality or not (and joke or not too), getting him back out of the straitjacket's restrained mode was going to be harder with comments like that.
THANKFULLY however… it seems as though despite Ei's objections, the three of them are indeed leaving the room, and Vincent finally lets out the breath he's only just realized he's been holding. Good, good, the immediate threat of further repercussions were gone for now, at least.
"…Yes, it seems they've taken to embracing their role in this after all," Vincent says with a sigh to Ellie, and makes himself nod to Kaoru's further explanation of the way they were apparently prevented from violence themselves.
…Vincent catches that slight stumble as Kaoru walks, though isn't really surprised given the injury he sustained either. The hits to the wall are a little more worrying, mostly for Kaoru's hand, but at least it was the side of his fist and not the front, so Vincent successfully resists both flinching and his instinct to stop Kaoru. It was generally better just to let someone get their anger out how they were going to anyways as long as it wasn't dire, he thought, and his anger is certainly warranted.

"…" Yeah he… probably didn't have to say out loud how Not A Fan he was of that too, even if his own feelings were more a visceral Discomfort than anger. After a moment of having his eyes lowered, Vincent looks up to attempt eye contact.

"Kaoru, I'm going to try and get you some ice when we're done in here. It'll help it heal faster and reduce bruising. …If you want time without the strait-jacket on as well, feel free to use your shower block tonight for as long as you like, too. I find them generally uncomfortable."
A glance back to the still bound Sheriff as well.

"And Sheriff. If there's anything else you can think to ask, feel free to and I'll answer what I can, though beyond helping with the layout and supplies of this prison and the rules that were laid out for us to follow, I'm not sure how much more there is to share." Little tidbits of relationships forming with Robert, perhaps, or any oddities like the shower room situation. "…When Robert comes back too, I'll… try to catch him up on the situation if I can. If there's anything you'd like me to tell him in particular from you too, let me know. I'm… not certain how much communication the three of you have internally, generally."
As for Vincent's own nerves, well… those were pretty shot by now, between the projection and the aftermath, and his heart STILL wasn't convinced all of this was over yet, but… He could handle a little while longer just to make sure things finished up before he gave in to his desperate urge to go back to secluding himself back in his own cell, too.
